Clean room, spacious room, with a comfortable bed that helped me sleep well after a long drive, and the complimentary breakfast included healthy options along with a delicious selection of warm items.

Yes, breakfast was fine. Would rather have coffee in a real cup, not styrofoam or paper.

The window shade was broken, and the room seemed quite dark. No milk or sugar for coffee.

Every detail of the hotel was exceptional, all the staff were attentive and amiable. Climate control, TV set and a microwave oven were available in my queen room. The location was marvellous - so close to the bars, Birmingham and many restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.

my husband and I loved our stay, especially how quickly the staff checked us in and the pleasantness of our clean room, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like The First United Methodist Church, just a bit over 4 km away, and beautiful parks that are perfect for leisurely walks.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free internet access, 24-hour reception, and the nice fitness centre. I remember how staff helped me find a valuable item during my first stay. Definitely coming back for my business trip!

One of the major drawbacks was the poor soundproofing between rooms, allowing sounds from neighbors to seep through quite noticeably, which could disrupt your rest. Some areas, like the corners of the room, had cobwebs and indicated a need for better maintenance. There were also issues with shower drains in one of our booked rooms, which didn't meet expectations for cleanliness and functionality.

Everyone was super nice and helped me check in easily. The room was quiet, perfect for some z's. I loved chatting with Karen, she's hilarious! Breakfast had both hot and cold stuff, awesome. The only thing was the snack bar didn't have many choices.
